This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Cancelation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

  • Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
  • Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
  • Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor’s Return Policy for Details.

    Return Policy
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 5 calendar days upon receiving the order. 

Items must be returned in their original package. 
Please place a sticker over the damaged area. This will expedite your return process.
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
We will accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. 
 
Item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Having the original tag
In the original package
In the same condition that you received it

Shipping fee is not refundable and 20% restocking fee will be charged. 
Free returns on opening orders (Shipping fee is not refundable)
Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. 

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
Due to so many numbers of packages missing with USPS , we strongly recommend using FEDEX or UPS to return to us.
We are not responsible for any missing USPS return packages.

    will start shipping by UPS or Fedax within approximately 3-5 business days from the date of your order. The goods will be able to be delivered to your place around three (3) - seven (7) business days after shipping.     Ship method option - UPS: It takes 10-12 days and costs an estimated $5 per 1LB. Ship method option - UPS 3-7day: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days and cost is $7 per LB.  Ship method option - UPS 3 day: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days and cost is $9 per LB.
